2. Procurement of all necessary documents from a) MCGM viz. Remaks from Development Plan, Traffic Planning Department, Storm Water Drain Department, etc. NOC from Fire Department etc. b) From Recovery Department viz. Obtaining Property Register Card, C.T.S. Plan, Subdivision Order etc.

3. Advice on formulation of proposal viz.a.viz. Approvability.

4. Obtaining necessary order for development of property/reservations from respective Departments.

5. Obtaining necessary release order for Development of Reservation.

6. Getting clearance for Legal Department of MCGM regarding Title of Property.

7. Obtaining approval of Building plans/commencement certificate/occupation/building completion certificate in respect of the Development.

8. In addition with the help from our professional associates we undertake the jobs of obtaining NOC from Civil Aviation, Environmental NOC, etc.
